Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the Fenito Cine Framezy mobile application (the "App") handles information. By using the App you agree to the practices described below. If anything is unclear, write to us at the address in the Contact section.
In short: the App has no accounts and never asks for your name, email address or other contact details. The content you create in the App — favorites, star ratings, private notes, your best game score and your language choice — stays on your device and is not uploaded to us.
Content You Create
Your favorites list, the ratings and notes you write for movies and TV shows, your best score in the poster memory game and your in-app language are stored in a local database inside the App's private storage on your device. We do not receive a copy of this content and we cannot read it. Deleting the App removes it, and you can delete any individual note or favorite at any time inside the App.
Information Processed When You Use the App
The App needs an internet connection to show movie and TV information. When you browse, search or open a title, the App sends requests to the services listed below. Like any internet request, these can include your IP address, device and operating system details, your selected language and your search terms. We do not operate a user database and do not link these requests to a person.
Third-Party Services
The App relies on third-party services that have their own privacy practices. Some of the services below may be integrated in the current version or added in later versions of the App. Please review their policies:
- The Movie Database (TMDB) — supplies the movie and TV information, posters and images shown in the App. TMDB privacy policy
- YouTube (Google) — trailers play through the official YouTube embedded player, and YouTube may collect information when a trailer is played. Google privacy policy · YouTube Terms of Service
- Google AdMob — AdMob privacy information
- Google Analytics for Firebase — Google Analytics for Firebase privacy information
- Firebase Crashlytics — Firebase privacy information
Log Data
If the App malfunctions, diagnostic information such as your device model, operating system version, the state of the App when the problem occurred and your IP address may be collected through third-party tools like Firebase Crashlytics. This diagnostic data does not include the favorites, ratings or notes you create.
Cookies
The App does not set cookies of its own. Third-party services it relies on, such as the embedded YouTube player, may use cookies or similar technologies. You can limit them in your device settings.
Service Providers
We may use companies and individuals to host this website, deliver the App or help us understand how it is used. They may access information only as needed to perform these tasks and are obliged not to use it for any other purpose.
Security
Content you create stays inside the iOS app sandbox on your device and is available only to the App. Requests to third-party services are sent over encrypted connections. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to Other Sites
The App and this website may link to sites we do not operate, such as TMDB, YouTube or the App Store. We recommend reading the privacy policy of every site you visit.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service used by the App, contact us and we will help you address it with that service.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page with a new effective date and apply from the moment they are posted.
